What's your Workout?

Is your workout running, biking on trails, lifting weights, swimming, speed walking with a friend, playing a sport, or the many chores of cleaning a house? There are many ways that you can exercise while still having fun!

I love to run distance, but mix in lifting weights to strengthen the body, playing sports, yoga, and cleaning. It is fun to find a workout buddy who has similar goals as you. You can push each other and remind each other of the goals you set for yourself.

Every year there are more and more workouts and routines that have been proven to help strengthen your body and get you in shape. It can be even broken down into your body type and the results that you want. I have looked at many websites for workout ideas. My favorite site is womenshealthmag.com, and for the men there is menshealthmag.com. The site gives helpful information on fitness, eating healthy, weight loss, health, yoga, beauty, style, and life.
