Finding The Motivation to Stay Fit

Do you find yourself losing motivation with your workout plans or just trying to stay healthy? With your hetic lifestyle do you just don't care anymore? What is your motivation?

With my busy schedule of classes, work, and homework, I sometimes lose sight of what drives me to be fit. I do have a passion for staying fit, but my main motivation factor is that I want to still be able to play sports when I have children of my own. I have a list of goals and peruse them every week to make sure I am on track with what I want. Also, I have a dream to run the Boston Marathon, so I have to make sure I stay healthy and fit.

There can be many things that can persuade you to not want to workout, for example, frigid temperatures, festive foods, and too many parties.

According to Women's Health Magazine these are some things you can do to stay motivated:

1. Make a commimitment contract
2. Line up reinforcements and workout with someone
3. Make it personal

Worlds Healthiest Foods

I will eat healthy starting tomorrow. Does this sound familiar?

I have told myself that many times and yet junk food is at different times, part of my diet. It is hard with a busy lifestyle to be conscious of what you eat, but there are those who do it. Eating healthy along with exercise may help you live longer. I love to eat fruit and vegetables. I have researched many food websites to determine what are the healthiest foods I should eat. A website I found useful was The World's Healthiest Foods. It gives a list of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains, sea food, eggs and low fat dairy, beans, spices and herbs, poultry and meat, among other things that can serve as a basis for healthy eating. An example of the vegetables are:
