With all the craziness of work, school, or your everyday life do you find it hard to find time to focus on your health and fitness?
I am a college student who is used to late nights and stress. Somedays I am too tired to even climb up the stairs to my room let alone workout. I love to run with a passion. Running is a way to vent my frustration, anxiety, or just to have fun. My dream is to run the Boston Marathon, but its hard to find time throughout my day to train.
I am trying to balance my life out with healthy eating habits, exercise, and everything in between.
